Working Capital Framework

P3's Working Capital Framework looks beyond the inspection of individual components of a company's Capital Conversion Cycle (Days of Inventory, Days Sales Outstanding and Days Payable Outstanding) and exposes the critical metrics within each end to end process (i.e. Forecast to Fulfill, Quote to Cash, and Procure to Pay).
